About the Work
"Works made from sacred dust, created during my residency at the Cité Internationale des Arts in Paris. Dust, paper, textiles, and the relics of a performance ask: Where is the boundary between relic, artwork, and hoax?"
They will be shown relics (Dust, brush, data sheet on ceramic, 2025/2026) – “Relics” of a three-month performance in Parisian churches –, Priestesses 1–3/3 (self-made ink from sacred dust on 400g Arches paper, 120 × 160 cm, 2026), three drawings from the ongoing series Vestigia Hominis (Dust drawing 2–7/12, dust motes on Japanese paper, framed, 2025/2026) as well as Vestigia Sacra (sacred dust in silk, silver thread, 30 × 42 cm, 2026)..“

Felicia Mülbaier
* 1988, Speyer · lives in Heidelberg
Felicia Mülbaier is a visual artist based in Heidelberg. Her work has been exhibited internationally since 2015, including in Europe and Japan. Her pieces are held in collections such as the Dallas Museum of Art and the MK&G Hamburg.
In 2025 she received the Rhineland-Palatinate state scholarship for the Cité internationale des arts, Paris.
